Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

All returns will receive store credit only. No refunds will be issued.

General Returns

You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return items for store credit or exchange only. Store credit will be issued in the form of store credit once the returned items have been received and accepted back. This store credit can be used on our website and it does not expire.

Online Purchases

If you made a purchase online, you have 15 days from the day you received your product to initiate a return to us. 

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for store credit or exchange, returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with original tags attached.
- Shoes must be returned unworn.
- Items that were damaged at the time of purchase are eligible for return if they are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with original tags attached.

Exclusions

Online orders picked up in store after 15 days of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at Hallie@parishlineco.net. You can also initiate a return request by logging into your customer account. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 829 Jefferson Drive, Lake Charles, LA 70605.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping will be deducted from your total refund when applicable.

If your item was received via local pick up, the return or exchange can be done so through the same pick up box.  

For faster returns, please initiate a self-server return by signing into your customer account!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at Hallie@parishlineco.net or fill out our contact form.

We will respond with the best option for your exchange.

When reaching out, be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the exchange

Once we receive your item and confirm it’s in its original condition, we’ll begin the exchange process.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
